With this objective, we dedicated a special division, the Pagani Officina, to provide a series of programs at the service of the customer’s car from every point of view. Whether the goal is to bring the vehicle back to the conditions of the day it left our Atelier; to update it to the state-of-the-art technical specifications available at Pagani; to assure and augment its value, the Pagani Officina offers knowledge and tools to answer the client’s needs and offer highly customized projects.

When someone buys a Pagani vehicle, they know they are purchasing not only an exclusive hypercar, but a valuable object to be cared for and cherished over time. With this in mind, Pagani has developed a special customer service to certify the authenticity and perfection of its cars and their individual components and so enhance their value year after year.
This is the aim of the “Pagani Puro” programme, whose name stands for integrity, authenticity, perfection. A word that expresses the essence of Pagani cars, an inimitable combination of art and science, form and function, attention to detail and craftsmanship, using latest-generation materials and processes.
With Certification of Authenticity and a Warranty Extension, the programme preserves and safeguards the vehicle’s essence through the work of highly specialised certified mechanics.
And while certification ensures in-depth analysis of the vehicle’s condition and the authenticity of its components, the warranty extension offers the utmost protection to safeguard the car’s value, with constant scheduled maintenance offering the customer the luxury of continuing to drive a perfect vehicle.
BENEFITS
The purpose of the Pagani Puro program is to guarantee the authenticity of each component of the vehicle and certify its general condition with a meticulous and rigorous analysis using the company database, which stores the data of every single car built in Modena: a complete history of its individual components, serial numbers, photographs, and even the names of the mechanics involved in its construction.
The service is available for every Pagani car, irrespective of the model and year of registration. Every vehicle can undergo the more than 400 checks that make Pagani Puro a comprehensive and exhaustive program to the point that a full warranty extension is offered on certified vehicles, covering every individual component in the years to come.
REQUIREMENTS
Certification of authenticity may be requested for any Pagani vehicle. To obtain a warranty extension, the vehicle must be in perfect condition and in possession of certification of authenticity or, alternatively, still covered by the warranty provided at the time of sale. This permits extension of coverage until the vehicle is 12 years old. To renew the warranty extension, all the conditions of the contract must be met, and the annual maintenance plan must have been implemented.
Special warranty extension conditions may be applied to vehicles undergoing restoration and upgrading programmes.
CERTIFIED MECHANICS
In terms of accessibility too, Pagani Puro is a unique program. The service is available at the company’s Italian headquarters in San Cesario Sul Panaro and at specialised dealer centres staffed exclusively by certified Pagani mechanics. A team of highly experienced professionals who work closely with the Pagani Puro program director to share operations and data. On completion of the work, the client receives a “Puro Book” produced at the Pagani headquarters: a sort of diary that documents the vehicle’s history, details the checks run on the car and conserves the authenticity certificate signed by Horacio Pagani. A prestigious leather-bound volume which will accompany the car over its lifetime, authenticating it and increasing its value.
WARRANTY EXTENSION
If the vehicle is already covered by a warranty, the owner may decide to purchase extra coverage. If the vehicle is no longer under warranty, an extension may be obtained through the certification programme. In both cases, the warranty is extended for the entire vehicle, offering the same complete coverage as the initial warranty. Puro is an all-round protection service that conserves the car’s essence and originality, giving its owner the unadulterated pleasure of driving a vehicle that consistently delivers top performance and design.
